West partners with multiple local colleges to provide an array of college course opportunities for students as early as 9th grade. Students who demonstrate advanced skills in English and/or Math in middle school are accelerated to courses traditionally scheduled for 9th or 10th grade. Students are counseled and scheduled into college level courses beginning as early as 9th grade for students who have met English and/or Math scores and in 10th grade starting with Social Sciences.
